Darryl Chavez and Cynthia Lucero-Chavez, owners of Quality Expectations, are native Californians transplanted to Virginia by way of the United States Marine Corps. For over 15 years we have been committed to our local community as active volunteers with multiple organizations addressing many needs.
Our intent when starting our business was to continue to GIVE BACK, we sponsor scholarships, sports camps, school based events, international service oriented trips, and offer pro-bono services as needed. Quality Expectations was developed on the notion of the customer being the priority.
We, Darryl and Cynthia, wanted to bring back some of the old-time customer service that has somehow gotten lost during the age of technology. We felt that we could effortlessly merge old and new by still greeting the customer with a smile and a handshake while assuring that their estimates and communication methods are timely with the use of modern technology. Meeting with the customer, understanding their needs, and working with them to provide them with the craftsmanship that they expect is what we provide. Together, along with our son, Rene, we are meeting the needs of our community one project at a time.
